Dr. Foy is an Adult and Pediatric Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Syracuse University in New York, then he studied medicine and completed his residency training in Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Puerto Rico. Dr Foy then completed his Hand Surgery training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston Texas. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Pediatric Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children located in Dallas, Texas. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Fellow of the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is also a member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and a member of the American Association for Hand Surgery and has received his Subspecialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand.
