Biographical Summary
Dr. Pastrana-Ramirez completed his medical studies and neurosurgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Campus and continued his clinical fellow in complex and minimally invasive Spine Surgery at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, Washington. The doctor continued further studies as a fellow of Pediatric Spine and Scoliosis Surgery at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is currently part of the Neurosurgery team at HIMA•San Pablo Neuroscience Center bringing new procedures for treatment of herniated disks and diseases of the spine and spinal cord, vertebrate fractures, adult and Pediatric Scoliosis and Spine and spinal cord tumors among many other conditions.
