Doctor Jose G. ONeill Rivera is a Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon. He has been practicing medicine for 27 years and dedicated to surgical procedures of the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other organs of the thorax. He studied medicine at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and continued his residency at the University District Hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Afterwards, he completed a fellowship in Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery at the Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where he became Chief Resident. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
