Biographical Summary

Maria A. Molinari Such is a Pediatrician with a specialty in Neonatology. She received her medical degree from University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. In 2005 she received a fellowship from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine’s Pediatric Hospital and has been in practice for more than 10 years. Among the many awards she has received over the years, she was honored with a Special Award from the Puerto Rico Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for her distinguished service, dedication and collaboration with the Chapter in the recovery efforts after Hurricane Maria for the pediatric population of Puerto Rico.

Neonatology is the branch of medicine that includes the study and care of the first hours of life of newborns, which are considered crucial to determine possible future complications and react to them.
