Dr. Rodríguez was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He counducuted all his medical and orthopedic training at University of Puerto Rico’s School of Medicine. In 2020, he moved to Houston, Texas for a fellowship in adult reconstructive orthopedic surgery at Houston Methodist Hospital.
